Service Offerings and Pricing

The number you see on each plan is not the number of addresses you get. It is the number of bottomless buckets you get. Most services hand out aliases one address at a time, so “10 aliases” really does mean 10 addresses and then you are done. Ours work nothing like that. Each masked alias is a catch-all, which means it accepts every address you can dream up, all at once, with nothing to set up in advance.

Pick one of our 30+ domains (we will use example.com here) and a name like shop, and instantly every address in front of it arrives in your inbox: anything@shop.example.com works, so amazon@shop.example.com, target@shop.example.com, and newsletter@shop.example.com are all yours, a brand new one for every site you ever sign up with, forever. So when a plan lists 10 masked aliases, that is not 10 addresses. It is 10 separate catch-alls, each holding an unlimited supply of addresses.

And that is before your account aliases. On every one of those 30+ domains you also get a catch-all tied to your username, in the form anything@accountname.example.com, that you can switch on or off, and those do not count against your masked alias limit. Add it up and a single account controls 40+ independent catch-alls, every one of them bottomless.

You also name the catch-alls yourself, so they actually mean something (shop, banking, forums) instead of random gibberish, though you are free to use random characters if that is what you prefer. The limit is concurrent: delete one you are finished with and create another under any name, anytime. And you stay in control right down to the individual address: switch off any single alias the moment it starts drawing spam, with no need to delete the subdomain catch-all or touch any of the other addresses under it.

Need a true throwaway? Alongside your catch-alls, every plan includes a stash of random aliases: disposable single addresses with a machine-generated name like k9d8h1-x4z7@example.com that reveals nothing about you. Create one in a tap for a one-off signup or download, add a private note to remember what it was for, then delete it when you are done, and it is retired for good and never reissued to anyone. You get a generous pile of them, from 5 on the free trial up to 300 on Socks Plus.

On top of all of that, you get unlimited hosted domains, with unlimited subdomains and unlimited aliases, plus the ability to delegate a subdomain or alias directly to another account for families and organizations. No other service offers this.

Every plan goes well beyond email. All of our plans include calendars, task lists, and notes. Our higher plans add additional storage, SSH proxies, and full web hosting. Every feature is available to set up when you need it.
